Welcome to PURSHO ENTERPRISES. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our SaaS-based HR Management Solution, peyGO, accessible at peygo.purshology.com. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Definitions

• Service: Refers to the SaaS-based HR Management Solution, peyGO, provided by PURSHO ENTERPRISES.
• User: Any individual or entity using the Service.

• Content: All data, information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with PURSHO ENTERPRISES.

2.2 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on peyGO's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

1. Modify or copy the materials;
2. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on peyGO's website;
4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PURSHO ENTERPRISES and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to the Service.

5.2 License to PURSHO ENTERPRISES

By submitting content to our Service, you grant PURSHO ENTERPRISES a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Using the Service for any unlawful purpose;
2. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

In no event shall PURSHO ENTERPRISES, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PURSHO ENTERPRISES is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
